The purpose of this e-mail is to thank you for putting together such a fine tour of South Korea.
Both Min and I enjoyed it completely. The fellow tour members were a fun bunch and we thought it was amazing how well each member looked after the others. As you know I was the only non Korean speaking member of the group. However, I did not feel left out and due to your special care I was able to understand what we were seeing and eating, and events scheduled for the next day. I really think that it was a big plus having the person that arranged the tour group to go along on the tour.
There were so many features of the tour that should be recognized and I would like to point out a few. The lodging (hotels) were all first class and were nice places to go to after a long day of bus riding and walking around the sights. Also the food was excellent. I thought that I might not like it before we arrived in South Korea but found out that it was very good. The selection of restaurants provided a very good mix of locat foods. It was interesting to me that the food was more spicier in the South than in the North. Also the people of South Korea was very polite and respectful of visitors.
I also want to compliment your organization for the personnel assisting you on the tour ( James the bus driver and Jay the tour guide) The both did and outstanding job and were great ambassadors to their country.
In closing, we really enjoyed the tour and plan to do future tours with your organization. We have already told several people of the wonderful experience and will surely tell others. Again thanks for everything and it is my hope that you will forward this e-mail to your management so they will understand what a valued employee you are.
