I recently got back from a Benelux tour (including a stop at the Tulip Festival) with Hans Travel Agency, and I had such a great time. The hotels were excellent, the food was varied and fun to try, and the group of fellow travelers made the whole experience even better.
I especially want to give a shoutout to our two guides. Since most of us—myself included—are seniors, I imagine that added an extra layer of challenge. Sarah, who traveled with us from the U.S., took great care of everyone the entire time. She always stayed at the back of the group to make sure no one got left behind, which I really appreciated. And a big thanks to her for taking and sharing so many photos of the sights along the way—it meant I could just enjoy everything without worrying about snapping pictures myself.
Our local guide, Stela, was just as impressive. She went the extra mile to give us detailed and accurate information, even carrying her iPad during long walking tours (which couldn’t have been easy!). No matter how many specific requests came her way, she stayed patient, kind, and calm the whole time.
All in all, thanks to these two—and everything else the trip offered—it turned into a really memorable and enriching experience. I’d definitely travel with Hans Travel Agency again if I get the chance. Two thumbs up!
