This was our first planned Europe tour and met or exceed all our expectations. Each events were carefully planned and well executed. Hotel accomodation was excellent which gave us a comfortable resting time each day, restrauant selection was excellent and allow us to taste local authentic dishes, transporation planning was flowless, each event activitiy tickets were pre-purchased to avoid a long line, and each local guide were excellent story tellers with full of rich historical knowledge. But, most of all, the real reason why this trip was so successful was because fo the Ms Han's active partication of the trip. Constantly looking ways to improve the same trip over times made it very special which translates into hassle free traveling. It's not about a single trip but it's about the planner's mindset which allows me to trust any other program she is running. I will give 5 stars for the review and recommend the trip.
